Shotmed’s quality inspectors assure that all materials are properly tested and all activity is properly monitored, certified, and documented in accordance with EN-ISO standards, AWSD 1.1, or as per client’s requirements.
To coordinate the various aspects of a construction project in terms of safety, quality, and timing, Shotted’s project team develops the following execution plans:

Our Integrated Construction Units
– Earth and Civil Works Unit: exaction, soil replacement and testing, form and rebar work, and concrete pouring
– Steel Unit: steel structure erection, tanks and vessel installation, and on site welding, Non-destructive testing (NDT), Visual testing (VT), Ultrasonic testing (UT), Penetrant testing (PT), and Radioactive testing (RT).
– Mechanical Unit: equipment placing, alignment, installation, and pre-commissioning.
– Piping Unit: Onsite workshop preparation, field pipe welding and NDT (VT, UT, PT, and RT).
– Electrical and Instrumentation Unit: cable tray installation, electrical panel installation and hook up, control panel installation and hookup, cable and wire laying, termination and testing, and instrument calibration.
