Shotmed HSE department continuously promotes proper safety in the work place through the implementation of our safety policy.
Shotmed Co. is a steel fabrication and integrated construction company, requiring a highly trained workforce, which is considered the company’s greatest asset.

- Surveying and identifying all health, safety and environmental hazards
- Training our team to recognise and eliminate safety hazards and risks
- Use of all necessary and suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when in any work area
- Periodical review of our policy to ensure its compliance with the latest local and international safety standards
- Periodic retraining of our team to ensure dedication to health, safety and the environment
- Complying with all local laws and regulations
- Having an HSE representative at every work area that reports directly to top management

- Limiting access to our work areas to HSE trained personnel
- Briefing visitors on our company’s HSE policy prior to work area entry
- Providing visitors with necessary PPE
We protect the environment by:
- Training our team on the importance of environmental awareness
- Correctly disposing of all waste
- Minimising our environmental footprint
- Using the latest technologies in our equipment and building materials to ensure minimal environmental impact
- Periodically training our team on their workplace health, safety, and environmental footprint
