Shotmed offers a complete grain storage engineering solution according to German DIN 1055 design code and based on the needs of our client. The basic system design components start from the discharge pit up to the loading silo. Other optional components may be designed into the system to address client requirements such as dusting, drying, and fumigation systems. Additionally to mechanical piping and instrumentation design, Shotmed’s solution generates complete foundation and civil design drawings.
Shotmed’s simple streamlined control theory is integrated with our user friendly SCADA system to guarantee ease of use with minimal training. Our in house design and engineering team ensure the maximization of storage capacity within the physical limits of the designated system area and select locally available materials to guarantee easy maintenance and economic feasibility.
